- To remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
- Verify if the bills are generated correctly, present bills to guest, receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to guest.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Keep periodic check of balance of amounts and numbers of transactions.
- Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
- Attend to guest complaints, provide solution and inform Duty Manager about the guest concerns.
- Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
- You may be assigned as a promoter if needed during requirement.
- In absence of supervisor, you will be responsible for floor activities.
- Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions.
- To clean tables and/or counters after customers have finished dining.
- To stock service areas with supplies such as tableware, and linens.
- To fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers.
- To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.
- All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date.
- Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives, as applicable to the department, to be followed and updated.
- To carry-out all other duties & responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor and Manager in accordance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws.

**Salary**: QAR1,200.00 - QAR1,700.00 per month
