The Role
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**: ? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with LLB (BCom LLB) or Business Administration with LLB (BBA LLB). ? Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on operational analysis, compliance, or legal aspects within an organization. ? Technical Skills: ? Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to business operations. ? Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including process mapping, gap analysis, and risk assessment. ? Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and report preparation. ? Familiarity with compliance management software and legal research tools. ? Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex legal and business concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. ? Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Qatar. Personal Attributes: ? Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to think critically, analyze data, and make informed, data-driven decisions. ? Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in legal documentation and compliance reporting. ? Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. ? Ethical Standards: A strong commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining compliance and integrity in all business operations. Skills: ? Operational Analysis: ? Strong background in analyzing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency. ? Proficient in using data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations. ? Compliance & Legal: ? Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and legal frameworks in multiple jurisdictions. ? Experience in conducting compliance audits and developing policies to ensure adherence to legal standards. ? Communication & Documentation: ? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. ? Skilled in preparing detailed reports, business cases, and compliance documentation.
