**Public Relations Officer (PRO) Duties**:

- Process and renew all types of visas (residence, work, business etc.) and work permits.
- Handle the renewal of company licenses, establishment cards and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with government offices (MOI, MOL, Immigration, Traffic Department, etc.) for approvals, documentation and problem resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and immigration regulations.
- Manage online portals like Hukoomi, MOL, Metrash2, and the Qatar Visa Center (QVC).
- Arrange medical tests, fingerprinting and ID issuance for employees.

**Human Resources Assistant Duties**:

- Overseas recruitment processes.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts and HR-related documentation.
- Maintain employee files and ensure all documents are current and compliant.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Coordinate employee grievances, disciplinary actions and performance documentation.
- Handle the renewal of company licenses, establishment cards and other legal documents.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a PRO in Qatar (2-5 years preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of Qatar’s labor, immigration and commercial regulations.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Valid Qatari driving license.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
