A reputable restaurant in Qatar is urgently hiring a Seafood Chef with strong expertise in preparing high-quality seafood dishes.

Position: Seafood Chef

Location: Qatar

Nationality: Indian nationality preferred

Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes, especially Indian and Arabic-style cuisine.
- Ensure seafood is stored, cleaned, and cooked to the highest hygiene and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Innovate new dishes and assist in menu development.
- Monitor stock and ensure proper kitchen inventory control.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a seafood chef.
- Specialized knowledge in Indian-style seafood preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a kitchen team.
- Good communication skills and understanding of food safety standards.
- Currently in Qatar with valid QID or transferable visa preferred.
