Practice Manager

We are searching for an outstanding Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our client's clinic in Doha. This role involves overseeing the entire facility's operations, including daily management, staff supervision, customer service, boosting sales, and budget management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve customer and staff complaints.
- Ensure employee safety through safety training, enforcing safety protocols, and complying with all related policies.
- Promote and market services within the local community.
- Utilize financial reports and statistics for informed decision-making.
- Conduct timely annual performance reviews for team members.
- Maintain the integration of all pet care services and ensure cross-training as needed.
- Handle cash management, including accepting payments and ensuring the end-of-day cash drawer balance.
- Oversee all computer systems within the center.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through direct interaction with clients, training staff, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Manage center payroll, ensuring timely approval.
- Respond to the needs of pet guests to ensure their safety, security, and comfort.
- Regularly collaborate with support departments (Operations, HR, Marketing, Facilities, etc.).
- Schedule staff work assignments to provide excellent service within budget constraints.
- Address all maintenance needs to provide a safe and comfortable environment for pets and staff.
- Handle all staffing responsibilities: recruiting, hiring, motivating, training, promoting, counseling, and terminating when necessary.
- Actively manage the center's social media presence with regular posts and customer interactions.
- Assist other team members as required.
- Maintain inventory levels, reorder, and restock supplies as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ensure timely completion of bank deposits.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
- Proven track record in driving performance excellence through effective people management.
- Experience in managing a veterinary clinic or medical facility.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Over 3 years of experience in Pet Care/Veterinary services, Hospitality, service, and/or retail environments.
- Experience in veterinary, boarding, and/or grooming is required.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time, often under strict or conflicting deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service experience and skills.
- A BS/BA degree is advantageous.
- Experience in inventory and accounts payable management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to interact professionally with co-workers, clients, and the public.

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
