**Qualifications/ Requirements**

**Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the Job**
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same field and of which 2 years should be in a similar position/ responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
- Previous experience in IT service desk/operation Support.
- Well exposed to industry standards and best practices in IT Asset and configuration management and Service management practice, Customer Services, service quality.

**Education and Certification Requirements**
- Preferred to have ITIL Foundation Certification or Certification in IT Asset Management (CITAM) or similar

**Job Specific Technical Skills**
- Proficient in asset management tools.
- Substantial experience in computing or information technology.
- ITIL Service Management experience
- Working knowledge of Hardware, Software and Network services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.
- Customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,500.00 per month
