**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and present monthly purchase proposals for watch brands and jewelry items to management for review and approval.
- Prepare purchase proposals for miscellaneous items like gift products and display materials.
- Create and manage purchase orders: send approved orders to suppliers and ensure order confirmations are accurate.
- Oversee the delivery and shipment status of orders, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Review shipping documentation before shipments arrive and work with customs agents to ensure smooth clearance.
- Coordinate with logistics companies to ensure the efficient handling of shipments.
- Maintain and update back-order records and files.
- Prepare and submit required sales reports to suppliers and management on a monthly basis.
- Regularly analyze and review stock reports to ensure proper inventory distribution across all sales points.
- Generate sales proposals, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes for individual and corporate clients.
- Oversee corporate orders, ensuring timely delivery and status updates.
- Supervise the After Sales function, ensuring efficient operations.
- Validate orders for spare parts and accessories for approval.
- Manage reverse logistics processes, including product returns, exchanges, and recalls, once authorized.
- Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, stocking, and issuance of goods.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in the **Jewelry** or **Watches** sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a collaborative work ethic.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and transferrable visa with NOC
- Can join immediately
