**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Coordination**:

- Coordinate and facilitate clinical activities, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline patient services and enhance clinical workflows.
- **Cerner Expertise**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in Cerner, leveraging the platform to enhance clinical processes and data management.
- Provide training and support to staff on Cerner functionalities and updates.
- **Patient Care Oversight**:

- Monitor and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
- **Data Management**:

- Utilize Cerner for efficient data entry, retrieval, and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data within the Cerner system.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Foster effective communication among healthcare team members, promoting collaboration and information exchange.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or relevant healthcare certification.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Coordinator or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical processes and protocols.
- Proficiency in Cerner or similar healthcare information systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Valid QID and NOC
- Available to join immediately

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
- Certification in Cerner system administration or equivalent.
- Prior experience in clinical leadership or coordination.

**Salary**: QAR5,500.00 per month
