We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with expertise in social media marketing to help us grow our brand and reach more customers. As part of our dynamic team at Tradeline Group., you will be responsible for developing creative marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving sales through engaging content and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales & Lead Generation:

- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term customers.
- Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
- Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs).
- Analyze metrics and optimize strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote services and offers.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Customer Interaction:

- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the audience on social media.
- Build and maintain a community of loyal customers and followers.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, especially in digital marketing and social media.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
- Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for better results.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

- Qatar driving license (required)
