**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting manpower supply and facility management services. The role involves market research, lead generation, proposal development, and sales closure. The role requires strong networking, sales, and market awareness, especially within construction, hospitality, oil & gas, and healthcare sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing and facility services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and conduct client presentations
- Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to align service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote company services
- Ensure client satisfaction and follow up for repeat business and referrals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manpower or facility services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of local labor regulations and industry practices
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
