Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility Area Key Activities

Prospecting & Strategy Identify and qualify potential clients across key verticals (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, retail, education). Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the territory.

Sales Process Management Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation and closing of contracts for both software and hardware solutions.

Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on AR/VR integration.

Market Intelligence Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and marketing teams on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales, with experience selling technology solutions, software licenses, or complex hardware.
- Demonstrable experience in prospecting, building a pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and present a compelling business case.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Direct experience selling AR/VR, MR (Mixed Reality), or other immersive technology solutions.
- Existing network of contacts in industries ripe for AR/VR adoption, such as healthcare [citation:1], manufacturing [citation:3], automotive [citation:9], retail, or enterprise training [citation:6].
- Experience with immersive sales techniques, such as using VR for virtual product demos or AR for placing products in a client's environment.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
