To manage the selection, sourcing, and procurement of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget control. The role requires coordinating with designers, vendors, and project stakeholders to deliver fully furnished spaces according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the design team to develop and finalize FF&E specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive FF&E schedules including product details, quantities, and estimated costs.
- Source appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and decorative accessories from local and international vendors.
- Request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Track orders, coordinate shipping and delivery schedules, and resolve any delays or damages.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement documentation including quotations, POs, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with project teams for timely site deliveries and installation sequencing.
- Ensure all procured items meet project quality standards and design intent.
- Update FF&E databases and vendor libraries with new materials and supplier contacts.
- Assist in cost control and budgeting for FF&E packages.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Procurement, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FF&E procurement within design, fit-out, or construction companies.
- Strong vendor network and market knowledge (local & international).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and procurement/ERP software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics, customs, and shipping documentation is a plus.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
