**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of **HVAC systems** (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, DX units, etc.).
- Prepare and implement **preventive and corrective maintenance** plans for HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with **ASHRAE standards**, **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)**, and **local authority regulations**.
- Analyze HVAC system performance and provide **energy optimization** recommendations.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, method statements, and ensure HVAC works meet design specifications.
- Coordinate with **BMS, Electrical, and Fire Fighting teams** for system integration and smooth operations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers regarding HVAC issues, upgrades, and spare part procurement.
- Manage HVAC teams, delegate tasks, and ensure safety procedures are followed during all operations.
- Document service reports, technical logs, and ensure proper records are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering** or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- **UPDA Grade A or B certification** (MMUP/MME - Qatar).
- **Minimum 12 years of experience**, including **at least 5 years in Facility Management** handling HVAC systems.
- In-depth knowledge of **centralized HVAC systems**, **chillers**, **DX units**, and **air distribution systems**.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design, commissioning, load calculations, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with **CAFM systems**, energy audits, and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be currently residing in Qatar with a **transferable visa and NOC**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR9,000.00 per month
