**About the role**
We are seeking a highly capable ERP Functional consultant to deploy ERP software at our business. You will be consulting with management to determine our ERP needs, analyzing the performance of our IT infrastructure, and developing and implementing ERP solutions.
**Functional Consultant Responsibilities**
- Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
- Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements.
- Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions
- Assist customers maximize strategic value from company products to provide them with a vision of their end state solution and roadmap.
- Supply ERP functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
- Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance.
- Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
- Engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing ERP functional consultation
**Functional Consultant Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or in similar field with 5 years plus experience
- Specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous.
- Experience (must have) in Zoho modules including CRM Plus, Projects, Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ, Analytics, Social, Forms.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.
