**LEAN CONSTRUCTION IMPLEMENTATION LEAD with Roads Projects in Qatar**
- Minimum of ten **(10) years of experience** in construction, with a minumum seven (7) years relevant field. Roads Projects in Qatar.
- Must have a recognized Lean Construction Certification, and/or an MBA together with a track record of successful projects that can be clearly demonstrated.
- Chartered Engineer or PE, although a minimum of an Engineering Degree in an appropriate discipline may be considered together with appropriate specific experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a Team of Planners.
- Be a catalyst in promoting the Lean Construction process and programs on the project.
- Build and enhance quality management systems focused on client satisfaction, business process standardization, reliability and effectiveness.
- Coaches and supports project teams with implementation of the basic Lean tools and continuous improvement programs.
- Teach, practice, develop & improve the company Lean methodology.
- May lead and train Engineers and Superintendents to run effective Planning sessions, weekly Planning sessions and Daily Stand-up sessions through a lead/co-facilitate/coach model.
- Challenges project team members and employees to identify, remove and resolve constraints that prevent the team from fulfilling commitments.
- Develop Lean improvement initiatives which achieve project deliverables.
- Facilitate Lean events (structured team problem solving activities).
- Report improvement projects status to plans at regular intervals.
- Use process mapping and value flow analysis when appropriate.
- Deliver stable/steady improvement with standard work and simple/visual controls.
- Maintains level of standards of lean tools used among the project’s team.
- Serves as an ongoing resource for assigned projects and employees to help identify opportunities for improvement.
