About the role

As Senior Corporate Planning Analyst, you will be working within the Corporate Planning (CP) team, you will be tasked with jointly developing medium and long-term strategic initiatives, working on day-to-day functions and ad-hoc tasks. The Senior Analyst will gather/validate data or other information, both internally within CP and between departments. Within a complex data environment, tasks will involve a combination of sound analytic processing and market research to support informed decision-making within CP. You will formulate recommendations to management, steer decision making and represent CP on departmental cross-function initiatives.

This role falls under Alliance and Partnerships

Additional key accountabilities are:

- Understanding of Network Planning, Scheduling and Airport Commercials
- Analyze short term and Long-term network plans and identify opportunities with potential airport partners
- Partner Relationship management
- Reviews of Airport Charges
- Negotiating incentives resulting in cost savings
- Lead and coordinate meetings, both internal and external as required
- Analyze Route Performance and seek opportunities to negotiate incentives for weak performing routes
- Effective tracking of incentives with Finance and Accounts team
- Evaluate Published Schemes and existing contracts and ensure implementation and coordination with all stakeholders
- Contract negotiations and reviews

**Qualifications**:
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Corporate Planning Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- 4+ years of job related experience with comprehensive understanding of commercial aviation economics, strategic planning and business management
- Knowledge of principles of network planning, scheduling and partnerships
- Ability to perform detailed analysis in excel.
- Ability to perform data mining, review to interpret market research and/or reports
- Ability to produce management-ready presentations using MS Power Point.
