We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Factory Manager** with a strong background in **chemical plant operations.** The role involves supervising daily plant activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, managing production schedules, and driving operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
- Implement operational procedures, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and control production schedules, output, and resource utilization.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.
- Supervise and guide plant staff, including engineers, supervisors, and operators.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and quality teams to optimize workflows.
- Conduct plant inspections and address operational issues promptly.
- Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- **4-6 years of experience** in chemical plant or manufacturing operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/production management systems.
