As we expand our offerings in tech and AI, we're looking for a **qualified IT Instructor** who can train **business professionals** in both essential software skills and emerging digital tools like Artificial Intelligence.

**Position Overview**
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced Excel techniques and business-focused Power BI analytics
- Core IT competencies relevant to business environments
- Applied AI concepts and tools (e.g., _AI for Business Professionals_)

You should have strong industry awareness, the ability to simplify complex topics, and a passion for helping professionals thrive in today’s digital landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality, interactive training tailored to working professionals
- Design business-relevant course content, materials, and assessments
- Develop and teach AI-related courses with a business use-case approach
- Stay current with global tech and business trends
- Provide mentorship and practical guidance to professionals at varying skill levels
- Measure learner progress and provide actionable feedback

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business IT, or related field (_Master’s preferred_)
- Proven experience in corporate or adult learning environments
- Strong expertise in MS Office (especially Excel), Power BI for business analytics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- A business-minded, learner-focused approach to teaching

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with LMS systems and digital course design
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist, Power BI, etc.)
- Previous experience in B2B or executive training programs
