**Job Description**:
Role: Sr. Business Analyst
Key Results area
? Responsible for covering the high-level scope and objectives of the project and to establish communication channels
? Conducts impact analysis of user requirements on existing information systems and current user processes.
? Builds effective relationships with business units to develop a “joint” vision.
? Responds to questions and influences the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
? Develops detailed business user requirements, workflow procedures, system documentation, user manuals and training material.
? Communicates business user requirements to Design & Implementation team.
? Participate in defining user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy and plan.
? Plans and conducts user training for the new information systems or the new enhancements.
? Reviews and approves requested system changes.
? Provide effective Data analytical analysis and monitor quality of Data.
? Ability to provide impact analyses for change requests during projects or for production systems and recommend solutions that reduces risks for both.
? Ability to manage users’ expectations.
? Ability to manage vendors and monitor their performance

**Responsibilities**:
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration or equivalent degree.
? Minimum of 10 years’ experience with business operations or projects delivery.
? Good Experience in BI and Data analytics projects.
? Must have a detailed and analytical approach with hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and strong organizational skills.
? Be able to work independently as well as in a team.
? Experience in developing operational, maintenance, and testing procedures/scripts.
? Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written/oral communications skills in supporting client needs are essential.
