Primary purpose of job

Lead the team providing legal support for QatarEnergy's Infrastructure, covering support to Industrial Cities (VI) and

Surface Development (VS) on land matters as well as other business activities including drafting & negotiation of all

relevant agreements infrastructure agreements, developing new templates, managing and improving ways of working,

building competence and managing claims.

Experience & Skills
- Civil law background is required, additional common law background/experience is advantageous;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and drafting skills for complex agreements.
- At least 12 years of legal and contracts experience;
- Leadership skills. Preferably at least 5 years of experience managing a team;
- Must have experience on land matters and property law, preferably in the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry;
- Experience in the construction industry is highly advantageous;
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to assimilate complex legal matters and to provide practical advice to

non-lawyers;
- Effective communication skills;
- Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and self-disciplined;
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of tools.

Education
- Juris Doctorate, Bachelors of Law or equivalent from recognized University, preferably post graduate studies or Master

degree of law.
