- Managing food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
- Managing and training the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated team.
- Contributing to menu creation.
- Ensuring consistency in quality of dishes at all times.
- Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales.
- Studying each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
