**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage a highly effective team of Drivers & Helpers while ensuring warehousing compliance with established internal control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Manage warehouse and distribution tracking and coordinating for MLC operations and deliveries
- Liaise between CSR & warehouse operation on shipment releases, delivery dates, any amendments, the release of documents, collections, etc
- Allocation loading plans Vs available resources, Organise the daily activities and delegate authority to carry out day-to-day operations following warehouse and distribution plans.
- Dispatch and communicate all daily/weekly/monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Prepare documents for shipping complying with agreed SOP.
- Shipping orders accurately Organising stocks and maintaining inventory Inspecting products for defects and damages.
- Participation in daily toolbox talk (performance talk) guarantees that all related issues are addressed and solved, reflecting and increasing team productivity and accuracy.
- Monitors all fleet transportation movement and drivers driving behaviours, maintaining agreed tools and software building historical data on all movement and issues.
- Update daily fleet and transportation dashboard analysing daily issues and discuss the root cause and proposed solutions with the team and direct senior coordinator/supervisor.
- Allocate and manage staff and fleet resources according to changing needs.
- Performs other duties and assignments as require
- Coordinate and resolve warehouse and distribution issues related to customers and local shipments/collections.
- As required, represent the MLC when needed for any shipment delivery and any local/customer site.
- Coordinate with the freight forwarders/Custom Clearance departments and shipping company (the third party) as required
- Implement recommendations from internal and external auditors (MLC and the customers) and the other departments.
- Adhere to all recommended safety measures and rules.
- Recommend improvements to productivity and creative ways to alter processes, organisation, tools, etc.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma in a relevant field
**Professional Experience**
- 2-3 years experience in a warehouse or distribution area
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience in warehousing/ inventory/ shipping/ receiving is preferred

**Geographic Experience**
- Middle East/GCC experience is preferred
**Computer Skills**
- Experience in using modern WMS systems, including barcoding, Master data, RF, etc..
**Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge**
- Good knowledge of general warehouse operations
- Understanding Good Warehouse practices (safe handling, operations, Material Handling Equipment - MHE, racking, etc.)

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
