**Cashier**
- **Gender**: Female (Preferably with prior cashier experience)
- Languages:

- must be fluent in Tagalog
- **Experience**: Prior experience in handling POS systems and customer transactions is a plus

**Work Conditions**:

- **Schedule**: 10.5 working hours per day (+ 30-minute break)
- **Shift Type**:

- Straight Shift**:1:30 PM - 12:00 AM**:

- Broken Shift**:9:00 AM - 1:30 PM** / **1:30 PM - 12:00 AM** (flexible)
- **Days Off**:2 days off per month**:

- **Overtime**: Can be discussed as per operational needs

- Previous **cashier or POS experience** in a **hypermarket, supermarket, or retail environment**:

- Basic knowledge of **sales transactions**, **returns**, and **cash handling procedures**:

- Good communication skills - **English**; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Tagalog, Hindi, Arabic) is a plus
- Honest, reliable, and well-presented
- Able to work under pressure in a **fast-paced retail environment**:

- Comfortable working flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Good with numbers and attention to detail
- Friendly, customer-focused, and willing to assist shoppers as needed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process customer purchases accurately using **POS systems** (cash, credit cards, vouchers, etc.)
- Handle **cash, change, and receipts** responsibly and maintain proper cash register balance
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and responding to inquiries
- Ensure proper scanning, pricing, and packaging of items
- Assist with **returns, exchanges**, and **discounts** in accordance with company policy
- Maintain **clean and organized checkout counters**:

- Monitor and report any **discrepancies or suspicious transactions**:

- Cooperate with floor staff, stockers, and supervisors to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Handle end-of-day **cash reconciliation** and submit accurate reports to the finance/accounts department
