**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, teas, and specialty beverages according to shop standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
- Engage customers with warmth and professionalism, offering menu recommendations and answering questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and cafe area.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system.
- Assist in opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, and inventory checks.
- Stay informed about coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods to educate customers.
- Support training of new staff members when required.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 3+ years barista experience in a specialty coffee environment.
- Proficiency in latte art and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing techniques (e.g., espresso extraction, milk texturing, pour-over).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
