Office Manager (Real Estate Experience Required)

Location: Qatar

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue targets.
- Supervise daily office and real estate operations, ensuring legal compliance and high service standards.
- Optimize workflows related to property listings, leasing, sales, client engagement, and site inspections.
- Lead, train, and motivate a cross-functional team, building a strong and collaborative work culture.
- Set and monitor KPIs and performance goals for admin, leasing, and sales teams; provide actionable feedback.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and investors, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Representing the company at real estate expos, networking events, and other industry functions.
- Champion digital transformation, integrating technology to enhance operational efficiency and client service.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in office management or operations within the real estate sector.
- Proven financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in real estate CRM, property management software, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
