The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market growth of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) insulation products. This role requires a strong background in building materials, insulation products, and construction industry sales. The Sales Manager will lead business development, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities and strengthening the company’s market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for EPS & XPS insulation products.Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within construction, real estate, contractors, and distribution channels.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, contractors, consultants, architects, and distributors.

Conduct market research to track competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.

Work closely with the technical and production teams to align customer requirements with product offerings.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management review.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms while ensuring profitability.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective goals.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote EPS & XPS products.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service and problem resolution.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales of building materials, preferably EPS/XPS or insulation products.

Strong knowledge of the construction and insulation materials market in [region/country].

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
