**Job Title**: Draftsman / 3D Visualizer - Architectural & Fit-Out

**Location**: Umm Qarn, Qatar
**Salary**: QAR 5,000 + QAR 800 (Transportation Allowance)

**Gross Salary**: 5,800.00 **(Full package)**
**Contract Duration**: 12 Months (Extendable)
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Saturday to Thursday)
**Working Hours**: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare accurate **2D drawings, layouts, and shop drawings** for architectural and fit-out works.
- Develop **3D models and visualizations** using industry-standard software for presentations and approvals.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings match project requirements.
- Review design inputs, suggest modifications, and ensure compliance with **Qatar Construction Standards (QCS)** and local authority regulations.
- Manage revisions, maintain drawing logs, and issue updated drawings as required.
- Collaborate with fit-out teams to produce detailed joinery, furniture, and interior drawings.
- Ensure all work is completed within timelines and meets quality standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **3-5 years of proven experience** in drafting and 3D visualization for architectural and fit-out projects (experience in Qatar/GCC preferred).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop** (Lumion/V-Ray will be an advantage).
- Strong understanding of joinery, interior design details, and fit-out construction.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver precise work.
- Good communication skills in English.
