General FM Services and other interfaces with ECS, TVS, FLS & MEP system
- Review existing assets list, perform gap analysis, and verify asset locations
- Provide necessary support to the MMS team to the set of the Maintenance Management System
- Participate in internal and external audits with a specific focus on standard maintenance processes and safety
- Provide monthly/periodic and ongoing reporting in line with the contractual and stakeholder requirements
- Provide technical support and carry out any other missions or work assigned by the System Manager
- Also, support the Metro operation with the area of expertise occasionally whenever required

**Salary**: QAR14,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Railway Environment: 5 years (required)
- T&C, trial running, and handover: 5 years (required)
- Maximo or similar MMS/CMMS business intelligence systems: 5 years (required)
- PLCs, modules, Control panels, and Logic Controller systems: 5 years (required)
- IEC standard, Network protocol, Topology: 5 years (required)
- Railway & International standards: 5 years (required)
- C&E matrix, technical drawings, codes: 5 years (required)
- BTS system and its interface with FDS, and ECS system: 5 years (required)
