Requires to independently handle advanced sales inquiries regarding our department products, ensuring timely and accurate responses through various appropriate channels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering field (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical)
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adhere to project timeline from start to finish.
- Three years of proven experience in proposal engineering or a similar role.
- Coordinate with customers and principals to get a comprehensive offer on time.
- Prepare quotations within approved guidelines, thus providing a commercial and compliant quote in accordance with the customer and company's requirements.
- Ensure timely response of clarification from customers
- Maximise quote-to-order rate, follow up on quotations as agreed and discuss and arrange customer visits with FSE's as required.
- Ensure all orders have been technically cleared before order entry.
- Ensure efficient and timely administration (process, proof, and file) of all orders.
- Initiate the process of repair orders and RMA's.
- Provide technical assistance to customers.
- Generate and follow up on Customer/Principal feedback
- Assist OP personnel in closing out the MDRs due to technical discrepancy
- Participate in QHSE initiatives of Sales
- Basic Knowledge of Valves, Actuators, and instrumentation would be added advantage.
