A University in Qatar is seeking a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Arabic-speaking Female Marketing Manager to lead and drive our marketing and student recruitment strategies. If you are passionate about education, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and have a proven track record in sales and marketing — we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote university programs and initiatives.

Lead student recruitment campaigns and community engagement activities.

Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, events, and public relations efforts.

Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance brand visibility.

Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to guide marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:
7 to 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.

Minimum Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Must hold a valid QID and be locally available in Qatar.

Immediate joining is highly preferred.
