Job Description Service Engineer

Commissioning the new pump sets (Transfer set, Booster Set, Chiller pumps, Wastewater pumps.

Hands on experience for Pumps and Control Panel troubleshooting.

Supervision of work of service team.

Handling service calls and assigning daily work and responsibilities within service department to the service technician in service issues.

Technical evaluation of all the service reports before forwarding to the Plant manager for approval or quotation.

Knowledge of Pumps & Control Panels.

Test the all types of Pumps & Control Panel

Coordinating with the Sales Engineer for technical issue.

Involvement in material planning.

Handling the group of technicians for site and workshop job.

Prepare quotation (maintenance jobs, overhauling job and spare parts).

Prepare commissioning reports.

**Required Skills**:
Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role

Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including Pumps, Motors & Control Panel.

Understanding of safety guidelines

Outstanding communication skills

An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability

Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekend

Microsoft Office Skills.

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or industrial Engineering.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
