**Job Title**: Senior Sales Engineer - Fit-Out & Architectural Solutions

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Development & Sales**
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and architectural product segments.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close high-value deals in line with sales targets.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Conduct regular client and site visits, attend project meetings, and deliver tailored technical solutions.

**Technical & Commercial Expertise**
- Present technical proposals, solutions, and product demonstrations customized to client needs.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with project requirements.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

**Market & Reporting**
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide periodic performance reports and forecasts to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- **Experience**: 6-8 years of proven sales experience in fit-out, architectural, or construction materials industry in Qatar.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Qatar’s construction industry, procurement processes, and key stakeholders.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of fit-out and architectural systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- **License**: Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
