**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and compliant with internal and legal standards.
- Coordinate and support the performance management process.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other issues.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company initiatives.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and managing attendance systems.
- Coordinate training and development programs as per organizational needs.
- Organize employee engagement activities and support internal communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Prepare and analyze HR reports as needed by management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role.
- Good understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
