1**Job Title**: Quality Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Quality Manager will lead quality assurance efforts to ensure products and services meet customer expectations. Responsibilities include implementing quality management systems, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute quality strategies aligned with company goals.
- Establish, maintain, and improve ISO-compliant quality management systems (QMS).
- Conduct audits, analyze processes, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Address client concerns and use feedback to enhance quality.
- Track and report quality KPIs to senior leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of quality management experience, including leadership.
- Expertise in ISO standards, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE).
- Proficiency with quality management tools and supplier quality management.
- Passion for quality and improvement.
- Strong leadership and attention to detail.
