**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with ministries, embassies, and government offices in a professional manner.
- Manage timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and employee documents.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and visa processing for new employees.
- Submit, follow up, and collect all necessary documents from government offices.
- Represent the company in all official interactions with government entities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current labor laws, immigration policies, and government regulations in Qatar.
- Prepare reports related to PRO activities and maintain proper documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience as a PRO** in Qatar.
- **Valid Qatari driver’s license** is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals (MOI, MOL, Hukoomi, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
- Existing network or established contacts within government departments in Qatar.
