**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Develop **Bills of Quantities (BOQs)** and **Request for Quotations (RFQs)** specific to aluminum and façade systems.
- Break down and categorize project costs, covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Solicit and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with both technical and commercial standards.
- Conduct **value engineering** exercises to reduce costs while maintaining compliance with project specifications.
- Support the preparation of **tender documentation**, pricing strategies, and bid submissions.
- Participate in **pre
- and post-tender meetings**, providing technical clarifications and supporting negotiations.
- Work closely with the design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure cost estimates align with design feasibility and site conditions.
- Track and assess the financial impact of design modifications and variations.
- Maintain a robust and current **cost database**, vendor catalogs, and price reference documentation.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in aluminum and façade estimation, ideally within the **Qatar or GCC construction market**.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software such as **Candy, Bluebeam**, or similar tools.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Strong expertise in aluminum systems including **unitized façades, curtain walls, cladding, doors, and windows**.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
