Responsible for assigned floors and guest rooms and public areas during shift.
- Ensure the highest standard of cleaning in assigned areas.
- Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status is displayed.
- Supervise turndown service.
- Responsible for his/her keys during their shift.
- Ensure compliance with Lost & Found procedures.
- Monitor productivity of the unit.
- Prevent and resolve grievances.
- Resolve disputes.
- Discipline staff when necessary.
- Check Housekeeping associate’s grooming, personal hygiene and

appearance.
- Assist with the preparation of associate’s duty roster.
- Facilitate multi-skill.
- Supervise associate’s performance.
- Deliver high-quality service to guest and ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are meet the standard.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to

explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
- Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
- Log security incident and accident.
- Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely

basis.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by your Manager.
