**Position Name : Public Relations Coordinator**

**Department : Public Relations Department**

**Job Objective**:
To Support the Public Relations activities within the department ensuring that PR activities run smoothly, efficiently and on the approved budget.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Event Management
- Protocol Management
- Coordination
- Communication
- Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Statements and Reports

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Degree in relevant field

**Minimum Experience**:

- 3-5 years' experience in the Public Relations field preferably in the same industry (oil & gas)

**Job Specific Skills**:

- Good time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Fluency in English and/ or Arabic.
- Good MS Office skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
