**Position**: IT Specialist / Odoo Developer

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-4 years of hands-on experience** with Odoo ERP (installation, customization, integration, and support).
- Strong knowledge of **Python** and Odoo framework (versions 13-17 preferred).
- Experience with **PostgreSQL** database management and optimization.
- Good understanding of **Odoo modules** (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) and their configuration.
- Proficiency in **Odoo customization** (views, reports, workflows, API integration).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Odoo functional and technical issues.
- Familiarity with **Linux-based server environments** and system administration.
- Understanding of **software development life cycle (SDLC)** and agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of **JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS** for front-end customization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

**Preferred**:

- Odoo certification is a plus.
- Experience in cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar).
