**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Create detailed architectural designs, concepts, and layouts that align with project objectives and client requirements.
- Ensure all designs incorporate functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability principles.
- Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards, including adherence to Qatar’s construction laws and safety requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building practices to create feasible and compliant designs.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors, to ensure design accuracy and integration.
- Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements, updates, and modifications.
- **Documentation and Presentation**:

- Develop and produce detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings for client approval and construction purposes.
- Prepare documentation for project permits, approvals, and regulatory submissions.
- **Construction Support**:

- Provide technical guidance during the construction phase to address design-related issues and ensure adherence to the intended vision.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design challenges.
- **Innovation and Sustainability**:

- Research and integrate innovative design approaches and technologies.
- Incorporate energy-efficient solutions and sustainable materials into architectural designs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirement**:Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.**:

- **Certification**:UPDA** (Urban Planning and Development Authority) Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum **3 years** of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Qatar’s building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural design projects.
