** Responsible for fulfilling the requirement of food, beverages and general store supplies, seeking price quotations for materials and services requisitions abroad and locally.

1. Keeps track of prices through continuous Market survey and ensure that as much as possible three quotations are obtained and priced checked for quality.

2. Monitors suppliers’ reliability, and establishes contacts with prospective suppliers especially abroad.

3. Secures delivery of required Market List items at reasonable prices and keeps Hotel quality standards

4. Work with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Department closely to reorder for all Food & Beverage store items. The reorder list can be generated by system based on Minimum and Maximum at any time.

5. Provides constant feed-back to Purchasing Manager and the Executive Chef on market conditions, product availability, seasons and prices trends

6. Obtains price quotation for items which purchasing request is raised

7. Complies with hotel's health, safety, and hygiene and fire policy

8. Ensures all purchase requests from all departments have all complete details for items before start processing

Note:
With drivers license is advantage

w/ Food handler certificate
