Description "Urgent Hiring Foreman (Fit-Out)" **Responsibilities**: - Review daily work schedules with the assigned engineer. - Ensure the correct use of tools and personal protective equipment on-site. - Provide team members with the appropriate tools and materials to maintain quality and efficiency. - Uphold company safety policies, ensuring compliance with on-site regulations. - Select the most suitable materials for fitout activities and manage material usage effectively. - Manage hazardous materials on-site, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and usage. - Assign workloads according to team members' skills and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. - Interpret technical drawings and give clear directions to the team to prevent errors and rework. - Supervise all fit-out activities, including carpentry, gypsum work, MEP coordination, and finishing work. - Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and designers to resolve any on-site issues. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a foreman or site supervisor in fit-out projects. - Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and methods. - Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices. - Effective time management and task prioritization. - Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are preferred. Desired Skills & Experience **Skills**: - **4+ years of GCC experience in site supervision.**: - **Experience in fit-out projects**: - **Experience managing project objectives, budgets, and timelines.** **Additional Requirements**: - Must be currently in Qatar with a transferable work visa and NOC. - Immediate availability for joining. - Qatari driving license (Manual).
