As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Customer Experience Team in Doha as a Digital Delivery Specialist.

**About the role**

As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will deliver assigned digital projects and solutions for QR Cargo network based on QR’s standards and processes to meet defined business requirements and objectives within agreed timescales and costs. Responsible for managing e-initiatives projects both conceived as a need within QR and required externally by customer or industry and demands. Lead and participate in meetings and conference calls with key network stakeholders (QR Outstations, GSA, GHA and IATA) to promote e-initiatives in Qatar Airways and work cross-functionally with various departments to achieve business goals.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

- Participate in planning and development discussions around IATA industry projects e.g., e-Freight, MIP, XML messaging, MDC, One Record standard implementation within QR Cargo such as integration pilots, data standard development, CROAMIS implementation, testing, etc., to ensure project success and mitigate risks.
- Participate in defining requirements, designing roadmaps and finalizing timelines for various programs.
- Understand, capture and communicate project business challenges and requirements to the stakeholders.
- Participate in solution discussion, evaluate, propose solution approaches, plan and execute tasks and initiatives.
- Bridge communication between various business divisions and their respective IT teams, resulting in the collaborative definition and delivery of end-state products and capabilities.
- Define project plans using MS projects or equivalent tool provided, review the plan regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in timely manner.
- Establish project status reports for projects assigned using relevant tools provided in liaison with the line manager.
- Conduct regional office and station staff briefings for e-AWB start ups and develop a station performance evaluation mechanism to maintain or increase performance.
- Perform other department duties as directed by Line Manager of Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of experience in Cargo, Logistics, Digital Transformation, MIS, e-Commerce and relevant fields.
- Expertise with agile methodologies, complex digital projects, business process analysis, mapping and documentation, system implementation & development.
- Experience in managing and implementing digital projects - focused in continuous business improvement, project and program management.
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project Management systems and tools.
- Knowledge with Cargo commercial policies, processes and IATA TACT rules will be an asset.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
