**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Healthcare Services**:

- Provide primary healthcare to labor camp workers, including administering first aid, managing minor injuries, and treating common illnesses.
- Conduct regular health checks and monitor employees for any health issues.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- **Emergency Care**:

- Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, or incidents involving camp workers.
- Provide emergency care such as CPR, wound care, or stabilizing injured employees until further medical assistance arrives.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Promote and ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and health regulations within the camp.
- Monitor for any environmental or work-related hazards that could impact worker health and report findings to management.
- **Health Education and Training**:

- Educate workers on health, safety, and hygiene practices to reduce the risk of illnesses or accidents.
- Provide training for camp staff on basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
- **Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed medical records for all workers, including treatment history, medications, and health assessments.
- Prepare and submit reports on health-related incidents or trends within the camp to management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the camp management team to address worker health needs and concerns.
- Communicate with external healthcare providers when needed for specialized treatment or referrals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- **Certification**: Must have successfully passed the HMC exams and hold a valid nursing license.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar setting, such as industrial or camp healthcare, is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to manage healthcare in a high-demand, resource-limited environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with workers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including long hours and potentially strenuous activities.
- Must be able to respond to medical emergencies quickly and effectively.
