**About Us**:
We are a leading provider of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and cybersecurity solutions. We are expanding our Security Operations Center (SOC) and seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our team. **Job Summary**:
As the SDM, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our SOC, ensuring that our services are delivered effectively and efficiently to meet our clients' needs. You will play a key role in managing resources, coordinating activities, and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the SOC team and resources to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the delivery of SOC services, including security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Ensure that SOC services meet or exceed SLAs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on SOC service delivery matters.
- Develop and maintain SOC processes and procedures.
- Monitor SOC performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to management on SOC operations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service delivery or management role, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong understanding of SOC operations and best practices.
- Experience with managing security technologies and solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must reside in Qatar and be eligible to work under our sponsorship.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
- PMP or Prince2.
