**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inquiries and schedule property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Present properties professionally and highlight key features during tours.
- Following up on leads for potential renters
- Screen and qualify applicants in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare leasing documents and coordinate the signing process.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and property availability.
- Assist in marketing vacant units through online platforms, signage, and open houses.
- Build strong relationships with current and potential tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs or property issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent, Property Consultant, or in a similar real estate role.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with leasing regulations, tenant rights, and local real estate laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid real estate license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- A driver’s license and access to a vehicle are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems or property management tools.
- knowledge of local market and properties
- Experience in both residential and commercial leasing is advantageous.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
