**ICT Assets Management Analyst**

**Description**:
To oversee the daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within AZF/SFM. This includes planning, monitoring, and recording software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance to policy and procedure. To identify, control, record, report, audit and verify service assets and configuration item, including versions, baselines, constituent components, their attributes and relationships.

**Qualification**:
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the same field preferably with multi-cultural corporation/organization. 1 year should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
- Previous experience in IT service desk, Operation Support
- Well exposed to industry standards and best practices in IT Asset and configuration management and Service management practice, Customer Services, service quality
- Substantial experience in a computing or information technology.
- ITIL Service Management qualification
- Working knowledge on Hardware, Software and Network
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.
- Persuasive and assertive with the ability to change behaviour to ensure the optimum utilisation of IT resources.
- Customer service attitudes skills
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to organize competing priorities.
- Teamwork skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Preparing and understanding written materials

**License/Certification**:

- degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
