**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sous Chef in managing daily pastry kitchen operations
- Prepare, bake, and finish high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Support in recipe development for new and seasonal items
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Train, guide, and motivate junior pastry staff
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the coffee team to create pairings that enhance the guest experience

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in pastry production, preferably in specialty coffee shops, bakeries, or fine dining
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, flavor combinations, and dessert plating
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
