Senor Barista

**Position Summary**:
The Senior Barista is responsible for delivering outstanding coffee experiences by preparing high-quality beverages and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role also entails supervising and mentoring junior staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting management in daily café functions. The Senior Barista serves as a team leader, upholding company standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages to company standards.
- Supervise and support barista staff during daily operations.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the café.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
- Ensure all health, safety, and food handling regulations are consistently followed.
- Collaborate with management to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or team lead experience.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and daily cash reconciliation.
- Barista certification and/or food safety certification is an advantage.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 per month
