**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly front desk experience.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Track and manage office expenses and costs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities.
- Maintain office condition, arrange necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support HR with updating and maintaining office policies and assisting in the onboarding process.
- Manage contract preparation, review, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
- Assist in organizing company events, celebrations, and conferences.
- Negotiate with office vendors, service providers, and lease agreements.
- Provide general administrative support and assist colleagues as needed.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Legal qualifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in office administration, contract management, or receptionist duties.
- **Languages**: Fluency in **English** (written & spoken).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)**.

**Working Hours**:

- **Saturday to Thursday** | **9:00 AM - 5:00 PM**

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Secretary: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
